The sugar mango is a premium quality Colombian variety that is grown on the coast of our country.

It is small, very colorful, low in fiber, intense aroma and irresistible flavor, being perhaps the most delicious mango in the world.


Our sugar mango does not withstand low temperatures well, so it is best to keep it at room temperature, not in the fridge.

Mango, at its point of maturity, is not only delicious, it is a fruit rich in fiber and with a low caloric intake. It contains potassium and magnesium and is rich in vitamins A and C.

It is a source of carotenoid ascorbic acid and (poly) phenols 

It is an excellent source of folate and copper.

The Sugar Mango is a fruit that is generally consumed fresh, it is juicy and sweet.

It could also be consumed in juice prepared in water.
